I am abdullah basha From Gudiyattam Vellore dist., I have Paid Rs25000(Twenty Five Thousand) For Registration fee For Join course PGDBE-2008 centre chennai. (WLCI College)I Have tried to study with educational loan.but bank managers not provide the loan because this college not recognized.i have tried to Other financial but they not work.so i cant able to study. So I Asked So many times but they are not responding me. they said there is no rules to refund your registration fees. so i need your help sir please kindly help me. Then I have attached college documents scanned copies. please go through that scan copies.
