Complaint Details
I was using Airtel 3G usb Modem (7893070528) with PostPaid connection. One day, When I got its bill, I realized that I'm not using my USB Modem AT ALL because of my busy schedule and decided to disconnect it. I called in the Customer Care immediately and asked them to disconnect immediately. They did not disconnect and instead sent me another bill the following month (Again, with no Usage). I called in the Customer Care the second time and complained reg it and asked them to disconnect it, But they sent me a bill again! So, they sent me a bill for 2 months when I asked them to disconnect my usb modem SIM. So, I did not pay the 2 months Bill. All Calls can be monitored to verify this. Realizing this, Airtel has sent a person to collect the balance amt (without the 2 months bill) after many conversations! And they decided they will not bother me anymore. All of a Sudden, Almost a year later, I get a call from a Lawyer named Ranbir from delhi (Mobile: 8175955568), who says that I have a legal notice from Airtel and that I should come to delhi High court. he also claims that 2 Legal notices have been sent to my office address. Upon saying that my office has not notified me of any legal notices and I have not recieved any notice, the Lawyer talks very rudely and screams at me at such a pitch that we can hear him keeping the phone at a hand's strech distance. He will not listen to me and talks in such harsh manner I cannot explain (Someone should listen to the call!). This complain is for Airtel and the Lawyer Ranbir who threatens me in the call. Urge you to Please listen to the call!
