My card 4377 4869 4513 2150 was used by someone on internet at website "mytoys.de" and i m charged for Rs. 15304 on MARCH 19. I informed SBI CARD on the same day and had blocked my card.
i made a complaint and had submitted the dispute form on MARCH 25. but till date i have not received any communication from the SBI card. and i had also written to Mytoys.de and informed them about the fraud on MARCH 19. they identified and has reversed the fraud transcation on MARCH 26 ( i have it in written). they have also written to SBI card. but these LAZY sbi card persons has not reversed the amount and nor communicated with me about this.. pl do the needful
