Hi,
I bought one mobile and the merchant used First Flight courier service to deliver my good. I was expec ting deliver today. I searched Noida's number in your site but that number was not working so I called
at delhi's number and Customer Care Executive updated me that shipment is received at Noida and than gave me two numbers 9310402817 and 9310520120. I called at 9310402817b as another number was switched off.
The person who picked the phone told me that my shipment is out of delivery and gave me following number to get the exact status 9310401717. This person told me that since the delivery address is of Indrapuram so
shipment will go to Ghaziabad and gave me another number. I called at given number 01204373553 and I was told that they have not recieved my courier. He gave me another number 9310401507 and when I asked about
the status of my shipment than he told me that they have not recieved any courier . Now I want to say that different people gave me different informations. No one tried to give me exact status of my shipment instead
they all were giving another number. On website it was clearly mentioned that shipment is recieved at destination (Noida). All of them who are employed in First Courier they themselves are not aware of the shipments.
My Shipment ID was B11463862 . I would say that there was Misguidance and non-cooperation from First Flight.
