Complaint Details
I have recharged my Sun Dth smart card .no. 41331784557 on 21 April 13 through cash of rs.999 with 7 months validity, even the recharge was successful, but to the core disappointment, till now my DTH service was not activated. Every time when I call the customer care, they say, they are refreshing the system, so keep the TV & setup box in ON for another 2 hrs. This was repeating for almost 5 times, but
till now my problem is not resolved. Kindly suggest, what I should do. Will they extend the validity end time, for which I don't have their service ?
