Complaint Details
Student Loan for my SON's (GUDLA SUDEEP) for aboard studies has been sanction (Loan application No. A1027170036) by e-mail dated 25.07.12. But CREDILA have not transferred the amount as per the committed scheduled date. Hence I have arrange the amount personally and requested them to the cancel the loan by mail dated 1.9.2012 and refund the process amount of Rs 16,854 debited from my account. They have returned all cheques taken as security , but not the process amount. In spite of reminders till date money has not been returned. Please help in getting the money returner with interest and additional expense of Rs 5,000/-
