I purchased Symphony DiET22i MH cooler from StarCJ bill no-201304070574 dtd-07-04-13 against cash payment of Rs-7290/- which was delivered on 14-4-13.After starting it , I found its swing system is not working properly.I requested to change the diffective piece but no responce is being given, neither by the Symphony nor Star CJ.There service centre peoples are not attending and one Mr Sonu mob-7389872342 visited and given in writting that he is not having tools to open.
