i Bharat P Achhra a customer of hath-way internet service account no 674332
i recently renew my internet plan which is flash 2 lite 2 Mbps of 6 months on 13 of march and i asked you customer care about the changes in the plan
he said no changes is done you can renew it it will continue the same for 6 months and i was said that i will get 2 Mbps speed and limit of 11gb in a mouth and i was clear said by the customer care that Sunday will be free and i asked him i download alot is there any better plan he said no this is sufficient to me and i can concentrate my downloading on Sundays now they are saying that company has changed the policy we cant do any thing you forget your money of 6 months
