On 9th March i had discussion with Adept Tech training coordinator Jayashree. The call was made from 9900032652. i was looking out to complete my ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy. I had made it clear that i need to complete this in April and Jayashree confirmed "No Problem, we will get this organised as we have every weekend ITIL Batches"
on 12th March Jayashree called again and asked to pay 8K towards booking the slot for Training and exam. I paid the amount Online at their website.
Since then i have been following with them to complete my training. Lastly on 26th April i was offered to do the certification by paying them additional 10K.
Can you bet, ITIL Intermediate without training and 100% surety of passing. This is fraud. I asked them to refund my money and now they are denying.
Can i book them?
