I purchased samsung tab 2 on 25'th feb via Flipkart, there was an offer of free bluetooth headset, I foloowed the process to get my mobile registered on samsung promo website, my order was approved , then within 1 month they should deliever same on my registered address.but despite of several mail chase up, or calling to customer care, they did not despatched same, I had already send invoice copy of same,they are not responding my matter and extending the time saying give them 20 more time, then 2 days more time,
now I am feeling cheated by samsung,

can you please strictly follow up them and get my promotional gift delievered to me
