Complaint Details
This has reference to earlier speed post letters EH279110411IN and EH410790352IN dated 23-08-2012 and 12-09-2012 to head office of Hitachi India with letters EH279110385IN, EH279110399IN, EH279110408IN to concerned persons of Hitachi India at Gurgaon, Ahmadabad and Delhi office for replacement of defective Hitachi machine.
I had purchased five stared window AC of 1.5 ton AC RAT518ESD with serial number 120C88207 from M/S Jannat Enterprises, Karnal the machine created problem from very first day. Cause to it I had to complain now and then to customer care and others.
The details of the complaints numbers provided by customer care center by phone from June 2012 are 12060401457, 12081800729, 12091801064, 12100401321 and 130404023. Moreover the problem had reported to customer care by e-mails date wise are 2 JUNE 2012, 18 AUGUST 2012, 21 AUGUST 2012, 22 AUGUST 2012, 24 AUGUST 2012, 12 SEPTEMBER 2012, 3 OCTOBER 2012, 19 OCTOBER 2012, and 8 APRIL 2013.
As machine is not working properly from first day and Hitachi India is not interested to replace the defective machine.
