Complaint Details
I have purchased cstly leather belt with TRX No3934/14` of Tiepack belt brand .The complaint114Sr.No.4747with Gatepass entry is lodged on 02/01/13 after having informed it verbally.The belt has shown peeling from interior side and is looking externally excellent and was kept intact after purchase.Now shopperstop customer care manger is not honouring the purchase and refuses to entertain the complaint.
what shall i go and where?
