I have bought a Aqua sure SPRING FRESH DX for the first setup everything went well and good, and then I relocated to new location we registered for a service request.

This request has been raised before almost 40 days. I got some response before 15days that they will come for service the next day. Till now i made 5 calls to the guy who is in Erode (Tamilnadu) not even responding my calls. This is the way Eureka Forbes treat customer who bought a product from them.
