Sub: Refusal, denial and harassment for the issue of Gas connection on Transfer voucher

Sir,
I am wife of an Ex Serviceman. I have been refused, denied and made to run piller to post for getting Gas connection on Transfer Voucher at Adithya Gas Agency, Thuckalay, Kanya Kumari Dist, Tramil Nadu. And there by starving me out purposely with ulterior motives and harassing me by way of denial of Govt. Of India issued Gas connection and telling new & new things each time I am being made to run to the agency.
I have shifted my working gas connection from Nagercoil , KK Dist ,TN ( TV 21330150001948 of Viveka Gas Agency , Indane ) to Thucklay on shifting my residence. On enquiry I was told that they will not accept Indane transfer voucher. I have approached Tutucorin sub regional office of BP& I was told to contact BP officer cell no 8144147414. The said officer said he will inform the dealer and I could approach the agency and he would do the needful. After wards when I have approached the agency the said officer informed me that he could not contact the dealer as he not answering his calls each time and what he could maximum is to inform the office of dealer i.e the clerks to do the needful. This clearly shows the dealer is not under control nor under monitoring of any BP officer and he is neither bothered about BP .He has grown with the help of you, but now thinks have grown above BP.
At the agency I have submitted my Ration card ( issued by TN Govt ), & Voter Identity card. For my new rental accommodation ( as the owner was out of station for few days ). I told them I could produce a certificate counter signed by Central Govt. Officer and the same was not acceptable to them ( where as same is acceptable for many agencies throughout India). Again when it was proposed that a certificate counted signed by TSO (Thaulk Supply Officer ) i.e .Thasildhar rank is also not acceptable and finally as they demanded lease agreement for being in rented house was produced to them. On production of the same they come out with new tool of harassment that the Transfer voucher should be signed by Indane Officer. The Indane office is situated at Madurai .ie. 6 hrs journey from my place .i.e to transfer a gas connection to a place just about 15 km .ie 30 minutes the above said agency is making a female to travel 6.5 hrs i.e 13 hrs journey to get signature that too when they found no other reason to deny the Govt. Of India Gas connection. In between they stated that they did not receive any confirmation from other agency. I ran to other agency and I was shown the record in the internet records that the verification was already sent.
Sir, I have already seen gas connection transfer from Chandigarh to Bombay then to Marthandam & again to Nagercoil. But only this transfer to this particular agency who is in rural area having Monopoly in this particular locality not only refusing but thrown the Govt procedures and rules and making his own rules and harassing.
So it si requested that necessary steps may be taken ( including revoking the dealer ship as warranted after due procedure -- may the dealer ship may be handed over to a just person ) so that my Govt. Of India gas connection may be restored to me and for wilful sufferings and hardship caused with ulterior motive suitable action may be initiated.
Also I request to provide legal assistance to me to fight injustice and creating sufferings.
