Complaint Details
this complaint is in three parts:



1. that the complaint no. 2496374 is not resolved since 12th April 2013. This is with respect to the exhaust fan i had purchased on 15th March. Just within a month the fan got defective. A complaint was registered and the fan has not been replaced so far. "They say that the spare part is not available"



2. That whenever we talk to customer care, they give the no of the service centre and say that they can not do anything and I need to discuss the issue with the service centre directly. the last person to say this was Mr. Mehul on 30/04/2013 at 13:40 hrs.



3. That I contacted the customer care incharge Mr. Venketesh and Mr. Prafful, on 29th April and they assured to call me back by 1100 hrs of 30th April. but did not call back and give any feed back.
