i ordered 2 shirts online from fashion and you on the 04-04-2013,there was a problem with the size so i asked for a return request on the 14-04-2013.i was told that the reverse pick up will be done within 5 days,till date it has not been picked from my house. even after complains made on several occasions the pick up has not been carried out till date.
i want my full cash refund+a compensation which covers my mental loss for not hearing me.
