Complaint Details
I have paid money to 100bestbuy as part of some competition and as per their confirmation if not won the competition then person can buy any product from his/her available points of already paid money. I choose product on 9th Apr'2013 of 599 point out of my 899 points and paid extra 60 Rs.also but still the product is not delivered and give wrong promises every time. I almost consume another 100 to 150 Rs. for contacting them and complaining to customer services.
