Complaint Details
I placed an order on the website www.timtara.com , for a samsung mobile worth Rs15192/- on 20th December 2012, & I cancelled that order on 22nd December 2012 due to some reasons, & till now I have not received my refund.
I have mailed them many times I have called them thousands of times & 80% of the calls are unanswered & whenever the answer thry say that the refund will be made soon.
And now its more than 4 months over & still I have not get my refund.
