Dear Sir/Madam

Umesh has purchases shoes from Vendor for INR 1000 "DOX Brand" on April 21, 2013 in sale offer but the same has been spoiled with 4 days of use and even no bill issued "violation of state tax law rules". So I dont have any proof but payment has been done from credit card so the pay slip is with me that is I am attaching with complaint.
After going to the vendor for repair it has been told that we do not have any responsibility for goods in sale offer and after so many request he has accepted but when I went to get the shoes return I have been told to stay for half an hour and it was actually wastage of my time.
And the timing kept for repair hours is also not justifiable which is from 12 PM to 4 PM.

Kindly look into matter as soon as possible
