online shopping order was placed for"Mini Spa Derma Seta Kit". Payment mode was COD. We found product was not woking and complaint on given for product being a defective piece, not sending the adapter & the manual of product. His phones started not working and out of reach/ under maintenance etc. one day while connected he asked to send the defective product for replacement, we have send it & he received the product on 13th April 2013, but still no call has been received from him & his all phones are dead
