Complaint Details
I purchase a mini hd camera on 30/04/2012 from "dealsandyou",by online payment system of Rs 1399/-,but they send me after one and half month later and the product is not so good as specify in their website. I return it to them( their vendor"Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd).After receiving the product they again resend the product instead of sending money,but it was not delivered to me till today.I mail it many times to both parties but they were not interested in replying me any more or not interested in returning my money.The courier company also made fraud,they were dispatching the product to me & made wrong sign in the signature column & not specify the delivery person name in their run sheet. Please help in in this matter.
