Hi,
I have bought the HITACHI AC 7 months back. This is not working since last 7 days. Everytime I called to the customer service center, they said They will send the technition to get it fixed in 8 working hours on same day- but no one called or appear after this many complains. I had called them 8-9 times for the followup till date. but everytime they put the reminder and sends noone for the solution.

I also sent the email to the headoffice for the complain but there is no proper action from them.

AC is under warrenty.We bought AC because of the service of brand Hitachi. but this is becoming a worst experience in such an extreame heat in Mumbai.

Now, I want to file a complain under consumer right for such a harrassment and demand compensation for the same.

Please guide me what to do now.
