Complaint Details
I had purchased a Samsung Infuse 4G-16GB Mobile Phone from rediff shop (order no. 7607082 dated 13-12-2012). They have failed to send it. In response of my several emails and phone calls, they said due to out of stock they have cancelled the order and will refund my money. I have wasted lot of money to get my money back. I am running a small pan shop and my earning is Rs. 7000 per month. Due to this issue I have to keep my shop closed many times due to which my earning gone down. Due to this issue I have also suffered mentally and till date no refund have been done(Rs. 22098). Please look into this matter and take necessary steps asap!
