Dear Sir,
I have purchased a water filter (Galaxy) from authorized agency (Swagat, Jorhat) of eureka Forbes in the month of October 12. At the time of purchase I have been told that the life of the cartridge is 1 year/3000 ltr and price of the new cartridge will be Rs. 300 to Rs. 400. Within three month of use, cartridge become unserviceable and also new cartridge is not available in the local market since last four months even after placing order. This creates a problem for me. Even after repeated complaint at all level, till date no one feel to contact me to resolve my problem.
Now, I would like, either I may be supplied with a new cartridge which have the life as specified in the manual or appropriate justification be done with me.
