Complaint Details
I gave my suzuki zeus (MP09-MX-9874) make (XCD-125), Black Color to Khandelwal motors
situated at Vaishali nagar, opp. to Dutt mandir for servicing on 5/5/2013 in the morning around 11:00PM.
When i went to recive the vehicle in the evening around 5:00 PM I found major scratches made on the fuel tank which peeled of the paint from body.
On looking over to the torn sticker and scratches made around it was clear that scratches were made either intentionally or due to carelessness of labour
working inside the workshop. The fact is clearly accepted by the workshop manager named Mr. Ashish that the scratches were made inside the workshop.
On complaining about the scratches he says nothing can be done, instead he suggests me to meet a local vendor in city who would a cheap repair work
of paint on my bike.

I would request you to take my comlain seriously by getting the paint job repaired, as the same problem is faced by many of the customers but they can't do anything due to certain clauses
made by company prior to sevicing.
