Complaint Details
I booked ticket through online on this SRM travels from chennai to tirunelveli on 13th April PNR NO:WB7CF35CE. Due to emergency i could not travel on the date so i cancelled ticket trough online itself. I got msg that i will get my refund amount within 7 days of time. It is also said the same in company advt. As i dint get refund till 23rd April i called SRM customer care (04443907059) and complaint the same (complaint number TT1403). There was no proper response they simply said they have put mail to concern in their department. I have called them repeatedly on 25th,27th,29th. On 29th Mr ragu from customer care SRM said he will call and tell details on May 2nd. But they dint call. i again called them on May 3rd and asked what happen.but they simply said they have put mail on 30th. I got fed up got tensed. Only then Mr ragu told that they initiated for refund on 22nd Apr itself. I have also sent them screen shot of my bank statement that i haven't received my refund amount till now on May3rd. Till now o havent got my refund amount yet. This transport service giving advt that they will refund amount within 7 days but its more than 25 days i havent received amount. im fed up with service. Please take up the issue and help me to get my refund amount.
