Complaint Details
I placed an order with India times on 7th April. I received the said order on 16th of April. It was a mobile Karbonn S5 titanium. within 48 hours i did realize that the product is faulty. Hence i took it to borivali service center of karbonn on 19th April and confirmed that the handset was dead on arrival. They issued me a DOA certificate on 20th April, which i sent to India times on 23rd April. After numerous calls and follow ups finally they gave me the address where i had to ship the faulty product with DOA letter. It is delivered to the given address on 1st of May and till date there is no response from Indiatimes. Recently i have received an email from indiatimes asking me the proof of dispatch. The service is extremly poor. Now i have already paid them the complete amount and i also dont have any product in hand, top of that i have also paid 350/- Rs shipping charge to ship this product.

2. DOA letter copy.
3. Shipment details.
