I perchased tab phone from thane.either company sold me faulty device or they are selling such a bad tab phone with only 7 days life.company knows verywel there phone has only 7 days working life that's why they mention fake information on documents.
When after buying a phone after 7 days phone stars giving problems,when shows to service center according to technician display IC is faulty and not repairable.service center executive call to swipe territory executive Mr.imran.according to imran on duty time he was at home an just because we disturbed him he denyed to give any written documents at the same time he used so much bad words,after complaint to company they are not taken any action neither phone problem nor imran,its already 2 months I am takeing followup.but no satisfied answer from company.now I want the refund.because swipe telecom is fraud company who sells defective devices.
