Complaint Details
Sir I have ordered a mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102) through online purchase at timtara.com on 15 Jan 2013. Payment of Rs. 6399.00 was made through credit card. The said delivery period was within 3 weeks. But till now I have not received the product. I have contacted many times to the timtara team members by phone and mail. But no satisfactory response from their side. I also asked for the money refund but no response. My order details as well as communication details are attached herewith. Please look into the matter and resolve it. Thanks
