I ordered 3 products through Indiatimes Shopping on 14/04/2013, two of which I received in few days. But one product (Nokia Lumia 620) is yet to be delivered to me. I placed an order for CYAN colour but received a call telling me about its unavailability after two weeks. They gave me an option to get WHITE colour and I agreed but still I have not received the product. It has been more than 20 days. They guaratee delivery in 11 days.
