they demand money for security deposit. but this is not registered company at that time. they give joining letter from nexus business solution noida. which is also not registered company.this company
not required any single employee for his work. because they have not any kind of work(mobile and website development). they give 2-3 days training only. after this they take test weekly. which is not mention in offer letter.they mently tortured every employee .dont give lunch time. 15 min late 1/2 day 25 min late whole day absent. daily change their rules.they appoint mr. jatin (contact info@aloft.co.in) and kirti saraswat(contact 9654351030) for tortured mently eveyry time.they fired employee every day. they beat employee for this .they appoint a security guard with gun which threat employee at gun point. after this employee regine or fired for their tortured. they dont give any kind of salary.if give also 2000 rs. maximum after 3 months. and cut salary of sunday. they join in different company and terminate from different company. they change name frequently. for me they terminate aloft communication.they also have name nexus soft solution. ns solution and many more.pranjal yadav is owner of this company. which have art degree b.a. his behaviour
is very bad with employee.his father is thanedar(s.h.o)in gaziabad. he is belong to safaie.
