I am Nirmal Gurjar. I ordered on timtara.com on 13-jan-2013 and paid full payment of rupees 4639 via your payment gateway, but they didn't ship my products till now.
Many complaints are registered against them. I called their customer care but they didn't respond me.
So I am requesting you to kindly help me in refunding my money back as there is no hope from their side.
