Complaint Details
I had ordered a Symphony Air Cooler online from SnapDeal which was delivered on 9th April,13. The product was damaged and was leaking water. I complained on 111th April,13 asking for a refund or a replacement. Since then, i am being directed in circles to manufacturer and have got no resolution. The Symphony technician has also come and tried to repair the product with no success. I have contacted SnapDeal 4 times and Symphony 4 times but have got no response.
