Godrej ac technician Ilyas came upon calling customer care and checked my ac that was not cooling and switching off on its own. He said that there was a gas leakage and took the unit to the factory. Three days later, another technician Ibraham came with the unit and said there was gas leakage and filled it and tested in the factory. He charged 2900 rupees and left without testing saying it will be ok.and check after power is back. After power came, we turned the ac on only to find that the problem was as is.upon calling Ibraham again, he did not turn up again and said he won't come. I called the service center again and complained and then Ibraham came late in the evening. He checked and now.said the stabiliser is bad and that replacement would cost 2000 rupees. I asked him to confirm the cost and call me the next day. Today I called customer care who apologised for the incorrect diagnosis and directed me to Koteshwara Rao who simply passed the phone onto the initial technician Ilyas. When I asked him why he did not check the stabiliser he simply refused to comment on it ad insisted there was a problem with the unit itself. Koteswata Rao being incharge was extremely unhelpful and said go and complain wherever you want and Hung up.
