Complaint Details
I had booked several domains with Ideastack. The company has caused serious damage to my business. Ideastack makes my website inactive in the middle of the 1yr term and demands money, acts in a very unprofessional manner. In spite of writing several times to the company, they act deaf. I tried calling them and asked for their manager/ in charge. The reply very easily that the manager can never be reached.
I have demanded the services be restored or refund the money. They have not replied. I tried to change the service provider, but they lock the domain, causing severe trouble and loss to my business. I hope the authorities take action against such fraud companies.
