Online shoping for "Mini Spa Kit Derma Seta". Payment of rs 1599/- was given at the time of delivery of product at home. Opening of the product was done only after receiving the product. we Checked and fount along with the product adapter manual was not in the packing.However while testing to run the machine using normal pencil type petteries , the product did not work, we complaint to Mr Kartik, he assured us to replace the defective product with a new one along with adapter & manual/catalogue.We sent the product on 11th April by Courier "Trackon Courier", the same was received by his representative on Saturday 13th April 2013. We have been trying to contact him on his phones but his phones are always dead/ under maintenance since a long time.I also came to know he is working with "StarCj" online shopping center.
