I subscribed to Cetafone services after consistent chase and lofty promises by their sales staff. In December 2012, I took a plan paying S$100 and was promised a call rate of about 1.1 cent a minute for calls to India from Singapore.
Soon I realized that the rate charged to me was about the double of what was promised. Made number of calls to their customer service number and was given some excuse every time. On persistent chase sometime they increased the number of minutes allocated to me but soon realized that it was just a ploy to pacify me. I continued to suffer and all attempts to contact their higher responsible person met with stubborn resistance and angry exchanges. Number of e-mails to their support services also did not yield any result.
Cetafone are cheats and would make tall promises with no intention to honor them. Beware of Cetafone.
