Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Bajaj wall fan (SW02).
This has 2
years warranty. My fan stop working and I had logged a complaint regarding the same in their customer care no. 1800222252 , on 01.05.2013. I have spoken with Mr. Shrikant & many more people on your custmorcare no. so many times but till date no one come to attend my complent.
On 08.05.2013, your customer care representative give me one contact no. Mr. PUNIT ,
who is a manager when i talk with him about my problem he is started talk rudely with me like MERA AADMI 3. 4 DIN BAD AYEGA this is not my look out. Tum custmer care se bat karo, UNKI COMMITMENT SE MERA MATALAB NAHI HAI, TUMHE JO KARANA HAI KARO JISCO COMPLANT KARANI HAI KARO MUJHE KUCHA FARAK NAHI PADTA. like this and so many wich i can't mention here. So
