Micro plate reader (Elisa)of Rs.115850.00 purchased on 4th January, 2013, Order No- 56/ analyt./2012, from Analytical Technologies Limited, E 67 & 68, Ravi park, opp. Sainath park, vasana Road, Boroda- 390015. Purchased directly from the company not under dealer. The company engineer was come to our side for installation on 16.02.2013 & 6.04.2013. But the engineer was failed to install. Fervently requesting them to repair the instrument but they did not gives any response, and our research work is hampered day by day. please do the needful as soon as possible.
