Hello,

I purchased a samsung Galxy mobile phone from India Times which was delivered to me on 6th May 2013.

The phone box shows a the manufacturing date April 2013. Unfortunately the phone gallery has an image of a girl that is captured from the mobile camera which dates March 2013. This clearly indicates the mobile phone which was delivered to me is a used one. I am really very upset about this.

I would appreciate your willingness to have this product immediately replaced with a new and unused mobile handset as early as possible.

The worst part is the customer care is very inefficient in handling any form of query,I have spend a lot of money calling them up, but it was a waste of my time and money.
