Complaint Details
I purchase aqua guard total protect plus water purifier through online request on 12.07.12. After that we are chasing continuously through customer care on phone for original bill with complaint no. 87634650 on 11.09.12 &88436495 on 06.05.13 but till date subject has been unresolved and for service complaint no. 70882574 on 08.04.13 after that one technician came on 13.04.13 after two or three phone calls and found UV system is not working because it is failed. He is phoning to his officers infront of me and register his observation. after that I am chasing regularly on phone to customer care and registering re-complaint no. 71268997 on 06.05.13. But till now no any progress in this regard. I am suffering till approx. one month and purchase the drinking water from market. What is the remedy action I don't know.
