Last month, I get a call from idea cellular executive (female) offering me to get add on connection on my existing number. I asked the details and she offered me, I get 500 mins free on both the number and plan 125 per month on new connection no.8727063092… and nothing provide hidden charges about charged of 15rs per month on both connection for getting 500 mins free which I get information when bill was received and 15 rs was shown as monthly charged because of half month of new connection.
Today I visited hall bazaar idea showroom R.S.Tower from their, I get all these information about the charges and when I say it is misleading sale and charges should be waiver. They talk me customer executive rajinder and I get surprise from his words when he say we are not waiving charges ,more over in the beginning he refused to enter my complaint because I do not have executive name but when I asked if someone sell any product he/she will get benefit moreover by whom my new connection Is sale that information idea have , after 5 to 10 min talk he agree by forcefully to enter my complaint and my complaint no.250405198. I known even I get the complaint they not provided any waiver which I get from their talk on the phone that’s why I am complaint from this medium.
In the end, he offered me to change the plan but doesn’t waiver the money as it enter but I want to know if any sale executive misleading sale and doesn’t provide hidden charges it is not the duty of the company to refund it and take action on the employee.
I would request u to please provide me justice in the form of compensation from idea of rs.50000 and waiver of my charges from my both no. 9888105254 and 8727063092 as they not only safe his executive but also not ready to enter the complaint in the beginning.
