Dear sir,
I had booked hotel through Makemytrip.com I booked hotel on 7th may 2013.
Booking details :
Makemytrip booking ID - NH210315161334
Hotel - The Queens Residency, Ooty
Check in - 9th may 2013
Check out - 10th may 2013
Total cost - Rs. 1566.00
Due the my personal problem, I could not able to reach there. I informed to makemytrip on 9th morning for hotel booking cancellation. They informed me, "you will not get any single amount".
I told, I should get some amount or some percentage. They totally refused my request. They are simply cheating to customer.
I request you to do something in favour of me.
