Hi Team,
This regards mobile no 9652886116. They have activated internet in June 2011 with out my knowledge and they told that I got handset bundle offer(i took new mobile) is it fair to activate internet without customer knowledge and that too without informing. Now, last month I have taken dual sim mobile and put 2 sims.. one is another state and other is this. Without my knowledge internet used from this number and i didn't realise until they say the comsumption charges are 3500. I spoke and wriiten multiple times regards this to answer why they activated without my knowledge as I have active internet in another mobile. There was no proper response and they just send formatted email and no one doesnt even bother even i told i will raise to consumer complaints. Plz sort out the issue. I am not ready to pay 4000 which is huge amount. I want to raise voice on Right To Information.
