Dear Sir,
I am sivaramakrishnan, I live in Medavakkam, one and half month back I have purchased a water purifier from Aquagurad, the model name is Enhanced UV, now I am facing problem with this purifier, this was not working, I have logged a complaint with customer care, they still working on this issue.
Before buying I have asked for a Demo, two of your engineers came to my home and brought the soft copy of your products, they had not brought any purifier to test the water as well as to show the demo.
His name is Chandrasekar – 9841189407, he is sales manager of Pallavaram Chennai. Orally he explained about this product. That time he didn’t explain anything about the purifying mechanism, now I could see that after purifying the wastages are not going anywhere, it simply storing inside the purified water. Also the salt content is floating inside the tank. He didn’t explain about this mechanism. Due to this few of my family members were affected by water infection and took treatment. My one year old child also had throat infection due this water.
Now I request you to take back this machine or please try to arrange to convert to RO water purifier.
I am ready to pay extra Rs -2000/-, which is equivalent to RO system price. I have already paid around 12,500. For this machine. I cannot spend any more. As this product is under warranty.
