Sir,

My PNR no is 2438205447. I have filed TDR on November 28, 2012 for refund of money for following 3 passengers who has not boarded the train.

Nisha Agarwal - 53 years
Nitin Agarwal - 24 years
Karishma Agarwal - 22 years.

I have already submiited all the relevant documents beacuse of which my case was re-open and forwarded to Railways. Already five months has passed and has still not received my money back. is "Forwarded to Railways"

Requesting you to kindly let me know when the money will be refunded back to my account.

Looking forward for your kind co-operation.

I have attached TTE certificate and E-ticket booked signed by TTE, which i have send through courier to IRCTC main office
