Respected Sir,

I am Om Prakash I have guaranteed saving insurance plan my policy no is 16849983 and second 16849986 my advisor code is 01144502.by Mr. Ashish Jain ph. No 09015690045, 07428503627. He offered the bonus for the above policies up to 15/11/2012. No bonus has been received till now.
And I have paid Rs25000 by cheque no 000731 and acc no 0627015000049 from ICICI BANK my policy no is 17609907 as they send by sms on my NO 09416537907 by Mr. RITESH BANSAL from ph no 0120 6470852.he offered the cancellation of policies 16849983, 16849986 and confirmed by Mr. Uma Shankar Aazad 0120 3146987 regarding cancelling the policies and ask my Acc. Number PNB on 21/03/2013 but no results. I think the both persons bargaining with me for their own profit.
Kindly help me in this regarding. I am having all the documents with me. I want to cancel all the above said policies.
