Dear Sir,

I am using idea postpaid connection. My no is 9687412334

I got sms from idea that "Credit Limit of your account has been exceeded request to make the payment of rs 5267 at the earliest to enjoy continued services."

When i ask the customer care they told me that i have Used internet. But for internet i have activated plan of 125rs, then why i get charged for that?

Right now they people have stopped services of my mobile number.

It would be nice if you can look into this issue further and resolve it.
