Complaint Details
I had ordered a book on 2nd May 2013 on stackkart.com with order no.: 100006706. I had made the payment of my order through netbanking. Today it is more than 7 days of placing my order but they haven't despatch my order. When I e-mail them to enquire status of my order they didn't responded to it. I contact them over phone several times and they have the same reply that they will despatch it today and will send me the tracking code. I am tired of hearing these reply.
