Hello Sir/Madam,
My Name is Hema Sapasetty and this mail is in regards to the order that I have placed with 99labels.com, I have purchased Vernier Watch worth Rs. 1949.00 (One thousand nine hundred and Fourty nine Rupees only) and the company has promised to deliver the product with in 20 working days from the date of purchase, I have purchased this product on 05-March-2013.
Now the company has failed to meet the deadline and failed deliver the product to me, when I have raised several requests asking for the status of this product the company has replied stating that the product has been stuck with the costumes department and requested me to provide them one week time, and I have agreed to it even after that the company has failed to deliver the product.
After me taking the initiative of cancelling the product the company has stated that they will refund my amount back to me with 3-7 working days and they will refund my amount on or before 08-May-2013. Even after so much time given to this company the company has failed to meet my expectations in every stage; they have totally failed to deliver the product as agreed and even after so much of time given to them and understanding their situation the company has even failed to refund my amount on time.
When I have asked for the reason for delay for refund the company said that they will take time and I have to wait if I need my money back, this is the most RIDICULOUS answer one can give to their costumers after so much of the time taken from their end, upon that I have recently found that they are selling the same product online and reselled the same watch for 3,499/- (Three thousand Four hundred and ninety nine rupees only).
When they have no stock to provide how come they have selled it again with increased price without sending it to me. I have all the screenshots that I have attached for your reference and all the mails that we have the conversation with their team to prove my honesty. They have given me big time trouble and I now feel like they have completely stolen my money and gambled with all the customers, I humbly request you to take a very severe action and help me to get my money back and solve this issue and let the company get their part of lesson so that the other customers like me will not face the same.
